The charts give an indication of availability however they may not always be totally up to date. Please email or telephone and we can confirm what dates are available. Once a reservation is made we will hold it for 5 days for us to receive a non-refundable reservation deposit of £100. This deposit can be paid by cheque or by direct transfer to our bank account, details of which will be given at the time of booking. Once received we will forward to you booking confirmation. If the deposit is not received within the 5 days after the reservation is made we will make those dates available to others to book and we can not guarantee those dates to you.
Bookings for groups
We do not accept bookings from single sex hen or stag groups.
Pricing and payment
The outstanding balance (which we will confirm with you on reservation), including a security deposit is then payable no later than 6 weeks before arrival. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks prior to the dates then full payment is required within the 5 days.
Payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Payments by cheque will only be accepted if received no later than 10 working days before arrival date. Once received we will confirm receipt to you and forward lodge key collection details and the code for the gate for site access.
Non payment of the outstanding balance in the agreed time could mean that you loose the booking and deposit.
A returnable security deposit of £75 is required with the remaining balance. This will be returned, less any deduction for damage, by cheque within 7 days after departure. We will also communicate with you details of any deductions.
In the event that you cancel after we receive your booking deposit, but before the balance of your stay has been paid, you will forfeit the booking deposit. Where payment has been made in full we will attempt to re-let the lodge and if successful we will return any balance paid by you. If it does not prove possible to re-let we regret that monies already paid by you cannot be refunded. We recommend that you take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance to protect yourself.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking all monies will be refunded.
